Welcome to the 2024-2025 JET Band and Color Guard Summer Band Season!
If you are new to the JET Band and Color Guard, Welcome to the Family!
For new members, the first step for you is to join our organization. Each student and at least one parent/guardian from each family needs to be registered on our website. This is where you will make payments, find our calendar, be able to sign up to participate as a volunteer and much more!
Mandatory Parent Zoom Meeting/Gear Try event on July 15th at 6pm
This is when we clarify & handle the procedures for sizing, ordering, paying, and receiving all needed items for the upcoming year.
(i.e. practice uniforms, duffle bags, marching shoes, concert tuxedo shirts, etc.)
Summer Band Practice starts Monday, July 22nd at 7 am
Please remember that All students must have a physical on file before marching band practice starts.

Parents, please read and review the 2024-2025 Commitment Form, and follow the link on the form to submit. Please have this completed before 6/15/24. The link to this form is HERE.
Parents, please print out, complete and return the "Parent Guardian Authorization for extracurricular Travel" form to the directors by the end of the 1st week of summer band. The link to that form is HERE. If you wish you may email completed forms to michaeldary@katyisd.org.
JET Activity Fees
Activity fees can be paid all at once for a total of $800 or broken down into four equal payments which
are due as scheduled on the following dates ~

Payments may be made at Jetband.org using a credit or debit card via Lumapay
or by check/money order (payable to JET Band) and dropped off in the band hall safe.
Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $25 NSF check fee.
To make payments online, use the My Account/ MyForms at the top of the screen once you've logged into the website.
KISD Instrument Fee
If your student will be using a school provided instrument, then you must pay the KISD instrument usage fee directly to KISD. The fee is payable per instrument so if your student uses more than one instrument, you may owe multiple fees. Percussion students only pay one fee.

KISD Band Participation Fee
Each student must pay the KISD Band Course Fee directly to KISD. This fee is used to pay for bussing/transportation to and from UIL Events.
